During normal working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST, a knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer will handle your call personally or escalate it, as necessary, until your issue is resolved. If all Technical Support Engineers are busy at the time of your call, you will be redirected to voice mail, where you may leave your name and telephone number. A Technical Support Engineer will then call you promptly to handle your issue.
If you have an emergency that requires technical assistance after normal working hours (5:30 pm to 8:30 am EST Monday to Friday, all day Saturday & Sunday, and IntelliNet holidays), you can leave a message on the Technical Support line. Your message will be recorded and automatically forwarded to the On-Call Technical Support Engineer. The Engineer will call you back promptly to resolve your problem.
